We worked with Sheffield City Council to help turn a high-level transformation vision into a practical delivery plan. The council wanted to understand the scale of change needed to meet its future operating model and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce cost. Over five months, we delivered a structured discovery programme that baselined the current state, assessed transformation readiness, and built a portfolio of work streams aligned to the council’s financial strategy and longer-term goals.
North Northamptonshire Council
We worked with North Northamptonshire Council to support the development of a council-wide transformation programme that could build on existing change activity while identifying new opportunities to meet long-term financial targets. Our work provided a complete view of the organisation’s current state, helping shape a future-focused transformation portfolio and assess the strengths and limitations of existing plans.
