West Midlands Combined Authority
We worked with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council through the One Public Estate Place Pilot, commissioned by West Midlands Combined Authority. The aim was to explore how the council and its partners could align their estate strategies to support a new model of service delivery, focused on local accessibility, prevention and value for money.
Sheffield City Council
We worked with Sheffield City Council to help turn a high-level transformation vision into a practical delivery plan. The council wanted to understand the scale of change needed to meet its future operating model and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce cost. Over five months, we delivered a structured discovery programme that baselined the current state, assessed transformation readiness, and built a portfolio of work streams aligned to the council’s financial strategy and longer-term goals.
North Northamptonshire Council
We worked with North Northamptonshire Council to support the development of a council-wide transformation programme that could build on existing change activity while identifying new opportunities to meet long-term financial targets. Our work provided a complete view of the organisation’s current state, helping shape a future-focused transformation portfolio and assess the strengths and limitations of existing plans.
Guildford Borough Council
We worked with Guildford Borough Council to modernise customer services by delivering a new CRM platform, helping improve access, simplify contact, and support the council’s wider transformation goals and savings target.
Dacorum Borough Council
We worked with Dacorum Borough Council to strengthen its approach to customer strategy and complaints handling, supporting the organisation to make better use of its Customer Services team and deliver improvements through digital channels. Our structured and data-led review identified high-impact opportunities to reduce avoidable contact and improve service quality in the face of financial pressures.
Elmbridge Borough Council
We worked with Elmbridge Borough Council to assess the scale and scope of future savings opportunities following a decade of significant financial challenge. With core funding reduced by 60% and further pressures linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, the council had already delivered substantial savings but needed to identify a further £3 million in annual reductions. Over eight weeks, we helped test current plans, surface new ideas, and create a clear, prioritised portfolio of deliverable opportunities.
Cornwall Council
We worked with Cornwall Council to support structural change within its Regulatory Services directorate, helping the council clarify priorities, implement a new job family framework and adopt agile delivery methods while reducing disruption to staff.
