Case studies
Seven Forces
We worked with Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire police forces’ strategic alliance to identify practical and sustainable efficiency improvements in key shared service areas.
Metropolitan Police Service
We worked with the Metropolitan Police Service to help improve how its estate supports working practices across the organisation. With increasing demands on space, rising expectations around flexibility and a clear focus on operational delivery, the police force sought to reimagine how physical infrastructure and workplace behaviours could support productivity, wellbeing and professionalism. Our work contributed to both strategic planning and on-the-ground change, supporting over 45,000 users across the estate.
Metropolitan Police Service
We worked with the Metropolitan Police Service to provide targeted change management support during the rollout of its One Met Model portfolio. With 40,000 officers and staff, the scale of transformation was significant. The police force needed short-term capacity and long-term capability to support change delivery across multiple major programmes. Over time, we became a trusted delivery partner, supporting implementation, developing internal skills, and enabling smoother transitions across business-critical services.
Derbyshire Constabulary
We worked with Derbyshire Police to identify and implement sustainable efficiency savings across support services, helping the police force address funding pressures without compromising performance priorities. Our phased approach focused on delivering evidence-based savings while building internal capability and setting a repeatable standard for future change.
College of Policing
We worked with the College of Policing to support the development and implementation of a police-specific innovation framework, helping police forces across the UK take a structured, evidence-led approach to innovation with a focus on performance, wellbeing and legitimacy.
