With increasing demands on space, rising expectations around flexibility and a clear focus on operational delivery, the police force sought to reimagine how physical infrastructure and workplace behaviours could support productivity, wellbeing and professionalism. Our work contributed to both strategic planning and on-the-ground change, supporting over 45,000 users across the estate.
